Technical Support

PTV Technical Support is a service provided by PTV America for customers with a current maintenance agreement. As a current customer, you may use this service to resolve technical issues relating to your PTV Vision software.

To receive technical support, please send an email to support@ptvamerica.com and include the following information:

·         Name

·         Company Name

·         PTV Dongle Number

·         PTV Program Version

·         PTV Service Pack

·         Windows Version

·         Windows Service Pack

 

In addition, please help us provide a quicker response by ensuring the following:

 

1.      Describe your issue in detail

2.      List the steps that can be taken to reproduce the problem

3.      Attach any files relevant to your issue.

 

You will receive an email confirming receipt within a few minutes of your submittal. Your case will then be reviewed, and a member of our technical support team will follow-up with a response to your issue within 2 business days.
