PTV Vision Training Policies

PTV America Cancellation Policy

PTV America, Inc. will accept cancellations of confirmed registrations prior to the training date according to the following terms and fees. 

Cancellations are accepted in writing at no charge up to 10 business days before the class. A $200 administration fee for expenses incurred for course preparation and rental contracts will be applied between 9 and 6prior to the training date. Cancellations received 5 or less working days prior to the training and no-shows will not be refunded. An organization may substitute a registrant at any time.

PTV America, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the training due to insufficient registration. Confirmed registrations will be notified within 15 working days of the scheduled course date if a training will be cancelled. PTV America is not responsible for costs incurred by registrants due to course cancellation; however, PTV America will work with clients to meet their training needs with other scheduled sessions or personalized in-house training.

Payment Options

Course registration can be held with Purchase Orders and paid for either by check or credit card. Payments must be received one week prior to the course to attend. Payments made by bank transfer will incur a wire transaction fee.

Registration

Register early to guarantee attendance and take advantage of early registration discounts. Classroom Training registration can be completed online. You may also register for eLearning online. Continuing Education Units/Professional Development Hours

Participants will be awarded 7 Professional Development Hours (PDH) per full day for attending any PTV Vision training course. VISSIM Advanced I, II, and III courses have been approved for .7 CEU credits (7 PDH) by the Division of Distance and Continuing Education at NDSU. Participants requesting CEU registration will have an official transcript and record of attendance with NDSU and PTV America.

Academic Discount

Any University or academic institution that owns the PTV Vision software may attend any PTV Vision training course at a 50% discount off the standard rate, regardless of the time of registration. This discount does not apply to the early or reduced rate. The academic discount is only applied if the University or academic institution that owns PTV Vision software also pays for the training fee, and annual maintenance must be paid in full and current.
